What counts as business-to-business?
This is the freight companies' definition, not ours.
A business address is a commercial premises in town: a shop, workshop, depot, rural supplier or industrial unit, open business hours, with someone there to receive the freight.
It doesn't include farms, home businesses or rural properties, even if your farm is a registered business and you've got a forklift. The freight companies charge those as residential.
Not sure? Choose Depot-to-depot. If you pick B2B and the address isn't one, Steve will give you a call to sort it out.
