What counts as business-to-business?
This is the freight companies' definition, not ours.
A business address is a commercial premises in town: a shop, workshop, depot, rural supplier or industrial unit, open business hours, with someone there to receive the freight.
It doesn't include farms, home businesses or rural properties, even if your farm is a registered business and you've got a forklift. The freight companies charge those as residential.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Refunds are processed after inspection and approval, while sale items and certain excluded goods are not eligible for return or refund.
